Microsoft Teams Can’t see shared screen

three options to resolve the issue :

  1. sign-out and sign back on in case this is related to last session caching
  2. Clear the folder [yourname]AppDataRoamingMicrosoftTeams …
    1. sign-out of team and close all task or apps in the control pannel.
    2. copy the content of the folder before deletion to a temp location for “undo” if needed.
    3. delete the content of the folder
    4. open team and wait for all cache folder to re-generated.
    5. test if sharing works
  3. within teams setting make sure your full screen is on
